Creating Glazes from Raw Material/ Rocks

Recipe 1, ceramic paint: 100% raw material (15 grams) mixed with water (about 15 grams)
Recipe 2, ceramic paint: 100% raw material (15 grams) mixed with transparent glossy glaze (15 grams)
*if the mixture is too dry or thick, add some water
Recipe 3, ceramic paint: take 7 grams of the porcelain powder, mix with 7 grams of your raw material + water (about 15 grams)
Recipe 4, ceramic paint: take 10 grams of the porcelain powder and mix with 5 grams of your raw material + about 20 grams water
*depending on the raw material, sometimes adding more water is necessary
Recipe 5, claybody: according to the raw material you are working with, mix a certain amount through the ready made porcelain clay.
We used the proportion of 25 grams of ready made clay and 5 grams of your raw material. Stir well, and push through sieve 120 or 100.
Firing programs (electric fired kiln):
1st firing at 960 degrees
In 6 hours to 600 degrees / from here directly to 960 degrees / soak for 15 min / cooling down
After the first firing you can add a layer of transparent glaze
2nd firing at 1260 degrees
In 6 hours to 600 degrees / from here directly to 1260 degrees / soak for 20 min / cooling down
